The Government of the Northwest Territories is seeking a Regional Coordinator for Governance and Service Integration based in Inuvik. The role leads systems-level change, working with partners to deliver a shared vision of trauma-informed, culturally safe, and equity-focused service delivery.

The incumbent will promote person-centered approaches, support timely, coordinated services, and strengthen relationships among service providers across the territory.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a social or health-related discipline, communications, public administration, or policy, and 2 years related experience.
• Experience in health and social well-being in communities within the NWT preferred.
• Ability to navigate government systems and Indigenous and Western monitoring and evaluation principles.
