Position Purpose / Objectif du poste:

Reporting to the Sales Director, Primary Care, the Regional Business Manager leads the deployment of resources, activities and investments within the designated territory to maximize revenues and profitability of Pfizer's business.

Core Responsibilities / Responsabilités clés:
  • Be an integral member of the Sales Leadership team in Primary Care
  • Deliver sales results and provide cross-functional leadership
  • Implement commercial strategies to increase profitability
  • Drive adoption of IDM core standards to achieve KPIs
  • Conduct regular coaching meetings with team members
  • Develop and execute a new deployment approach leveraging face-to-face and omnichannel strategies
  • Maintain strong business acumen and understanding of the local healthcare environment
  • Collaborate with Marketing and other teams for alignment on brand strategies
  • Develop and implement local business plans focusing on increasing customer value and reducing operational costs
  • Engage with key strategic customers and ensure team development
  • Lead regional initiatives beyond your geography
  • Generate local insights and contribute to cross-functional efforts
  • Promote quality dialogue and messaging to enhance Pfizer's positioning
  • Facilitate cultural evolution within the organization
  • Demonstrate diverse leadership capabilities including influencing, coaching, and guiding teams
  • Ensure 100% compliance on all activities and report adverse events as per regulations
Qualifications / Qualifications:
  • Relevant university degree in business or science
  • Success in sales and key account management roles
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team
  • Understanding of environmental trends and stakeholder networks
  • Excellent customer management skills
  • Experience in product management, sales training, or administration
  • Strategic planning skills
  • Fluent in French and English, verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
  • Proficiency with computer software

The annual base salary ranges from $139,350 to $232,250, applicable only in Canada.
