Job summary

Avenue Living Residential is hiring a Regional Administrative Assistant to support our residential properties in Western Canada. The role focuses on frontline resident inquiries, in-person interactions, calls and emails related to property management, and providing administrative support to the management team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of administration experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a criminal background check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of administration experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• Must complete & pass a criminal record check.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for resident inquiries.
• Handle in person interactions, incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications related to property management.
• Be the first point of contact for resident complaints and elevate to residential property manager(s).
• Provide administrative support to the residential property management team, ensuring efficient day-today operations of properties.
• Maintain property records, files, and databases.
• Support in the preparation and distribution of notices, letters, and correspondence to residents or contractors.
• Other duties as required.
