Job summary

Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority is seeking an Education Instructor to establish evidence-based clinical education across Acute Care, Obstetrics, ER, and Perioperative services. You will plan, implement and evaluate programs, guiding orientation and continuing education for staff.

The role requires in-depth nursing education experience, strong data interpretation, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams to improve patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s degree in nursing or related discipline.
• CRNM registration in good standing required or as an asset.
• Adult education certification is an asset.
• Perioperative or related clinical certifications are assets.

Responsibilities

• Establish evidence-based practices for clinical education.
• Plan, develop, implement and evaluate education across Acute Care/Obstetrical/ER/Perioperative services.
• Provide clinical expertise to ensure standards of practice are met.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered education.
