Job summary

Denray Tire in Winnipeg, MB is seeking a skilled Red Seal Mechanic to join our family-owned shop. You will diagnose and service a wide range of light-duty vehicles, perform wheel alignments, brake and suspension work, and complete tire services with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Red Seal Certification is required.
• Experience in brakes, shocks, suspension and alignments.
• Ability to work in a physically active role with heavy lifting as needed.
• Pride in doing the job right and keeping customers safe on the road.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair light-duty vehicles.
• Perform wheel alignments, brake and suspension work, and safeties up to 8,900kg.
• Handle electrical and chassis diagnostics with confidence.
• Complete tire services, changeovers, and repairs.
• Road test vehicles before and after repairs.
• Mentor apprentices and lead by example in the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
