Job summary

A leading facilities management company in Calgary, AB is seeking a Red Seal Journeyman Plumbers/Gasfitter A to join their team. This role involves maintenance, modifications, and installation/dismantling of plumbing systems across various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a Journeyman Plumber Certificate, at least 3 years of experience, and be a Class A Gas Fitter. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team are crucial. This position is safety sensitive and requires completing several pre-employment tests.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Plumber Certificate and Red Seal with a minimum of 3 years’ experience is required.
• Class A Gas Fitter is required.
• Class 5 license and clean drivers abstract is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct timely inspections, testing, and accurate reporting of equipment defects.
• Installation of Boilers, hot-water tanks, and furnaces.
• Ensure all installations meet the requirements of the appropriate codes.
