Job summary

ATCO Frontec in Edmonton, AB, seeks Red Seal Journeyman Plumbers/Gasfitters to support facilities, commercial service, and construction projects from Edmonton. You will install, inspect, repair, and maintain plumbing and gas systems, including boilers, hydronic systems, hot-water tanks, and furnaces.

Ideal candidates have substantial commercial experience, strong safety practices, and the flexibility to travel throughout Alberta and the North.

Qualifications

• Red Seal Journeyman Plumber/ Gasfitter certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Extensive commercial boiler, hydronic, and service experience.
• Class 5 driver’s licence with clean abstract.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
• Ability to pass a Fit to Work medical test.
• Ability to pass an extensive background check.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read drawings and blueprints.
• Team-oriented and safety-focused.
• Willingness to travel across Alberta and the North.
• Willingness to work after hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, repair and maintain plumbing and gas systems.
• Work on boilers, hydronic systems, hot-water tanks and furnaces.
• Support facilities, commercial service and construction projects.
