Qualifications

• 5–7 years experience in a Recycling environment with related Shipping experience.
• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily recycling yard operations and coordinate scrap movements.
• Track and inventory incoming and outgoing scrap materials.
• Supervise yard personnel to ensure safe, efficient, compliant handling of scrap materials.
• Diagnose equipment breakdowns and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Ensure proper operation and utilization of equipment to prevent damage and reduce repair costs.
• Manage performance, scheduling, and payroll for Winnipeg Yard employees.
