The Recruitment & Onboarding Advisor is responsible for recruitment and onboarding activities, with support for employee engagement, offboarding, and People & Communications (P&C) administrative functions. The role involves integrating the P&C charter into responsibilities, focusing on continuous improvement, enhancing employee experience, and implementing engaging programs aligned with KSPC's strategic goals.   • Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources.
  • CPHR designation is an asset.

  • Ability to interpret data and report on recruitment KPIs.
