Reporting to the Supervisor – Talent Acquisition, as the Recruitment Officer, you will provide confidential support for talent acquisition services, including creating job postings, coordinating advertisements, compiling applications, verifying employee information related to job offers, and supporting leaders in recruitment, selection, and hiring processes.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications
  • Diploma in business, human resources, or related field, and three years of related HR experience; or
  • Secondary school graduation and six years of related HR experience
  • Experience with high-volume recruitment
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition services and legal requirements
  • Familiarity with social media, job boards, online portals, and applicant tracking systems
  • Professionalism and judgment in handling confidential issues
