Kingston Interval House is seeking women for vacant Board of Directors positions, providing leadership to guide services for women and children affected by violence. Board members will commit around ten hours monthly to meetings and committees, with a particular encouragement for diverse candidates to apply.

Kingston Interval House provides emergency shelter, supportive counselling, outreach services, and second-stage housing to women and their children who experience violence in the Kingston and surrounding area.
The KIH Board is seeking women to fill vacant board positions. Board members meet monthly and participate in committee work, providing leadership in establishing priorities and direction for KIH services. Members are asked to commit approximately ten (10) hours per month and attend meetings on the second Tuesday of every month at 5:30 pm.
We especially welcome applications from women who identify as Indigenous, racialized, from diverse cultural communities, those with disabilities, and women who have used our services, to better represent our broader community.
