The Role:

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering a best-in-class Direct Source Candidate Experience program for a Global 500 client. You’ll support strategic recruiting initiatives, ensuring candidates receive a smooth, engaging, and consistent experience throughout their journey.

· Become an expert in the client’s culture, values, and strategic initiatives to align hiring efforts accordingly.

· Execute and support candidate experience strategies that reflect the client’s goals and values.

· Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

· Monitor and track candidate assessments to ensure timely feedback and a seamless process.

· Manage redeployment efforts by identifying top talent nearing contract completion and ensuring continued engagement.

· Develop high-quality shortlists from large applicant pools while prioritizing talent retention and redeployment.

· Grow client referral relationships and maintain overall candidate pool health.

· Support data tracking and reporting on candidate experience metrics to drive continuous improvement.

· Partner closely with the delivery team to enable flawless execution across all candidate touchpoints.

Who You Are

· You have completed post-secondary education or have at least 1 year of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.

· You have strong written and verbal communication skills and enjoy building relationships.

· You’re detail-oriented and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.

· You stay organized, manage your time well, and can handle competing priorities.

· You’re comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $40,000 - $45,000. Our benefits offering includes medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
