As a STEMCELL Recruiter, you will source, attract, and hire top technical and scientific talent while putting people first, delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, behavioural based interview support, reference and background checks, and offers of employment
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships based on trust and transparency with members of the HR team and other key business stakeholders throughout the organization
• Manage the recruitment process and related activities using technology including the HRIS system (Workday)
• Report on and respond to recruiting related KPIs and metrics to inform the business and to drive recruitment strategies and tactics

Knowledge and Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in a science related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience; experience in biotech is an asset
• Direct lab-based experience in the life sciences is preferred

The annual base salary for this job ranges from:

$78,640.00 – $118,000.00

STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
