Job summary

Coulson Aviation seeks an experienced C-130 Crew Chief to lead maintenance personnel, mentor teams, and ensure airworthiness. The role requires adherence to Transport Canada regulations, sign-offs on maintenance releases, and coordinating parts provisioning for complex aircraft systems.

Qualifications

• Two years of Crew Chief experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Transport Canada regulations and manuals.
• Experience leading aircraft-maintenance personnel in a maintenance/OTB environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance personnel assigned to the aircraft with day-to-day direction and training.
• Ensure maintenance is performed safely per Transport Canada regulations and approved procedures.
• Perform final inspections and sign maintenance releases within licence scope.
• Review materials, manage parts availability, and coordinate provisioning for maintenance.
• Troubleshoot complex aircraft systems and oversee post-maintenance checks.
• Maintain records and ensure proper calibration and safe operation of tools and equipment.
