Generations Toronto is a not-for-profit, intergenerational community campus offering affordable housing, long-term care, early childhood education, health services, and community programming. Rooted in values of pluralism, compassion, and service, Generations Toronto fosters inclusive, connected living for people of all ages and backgrounds. The campus includes a 122-bed Ismaili Ethnocultural Designated Long-Term Care Home. AgeCare has been appointed as the manager of the Generations Toronto long-term care home and is recruiting the Recreation Worker on behalf of Generations Toronto.
The Recreation Worker plans, develops, and runs a variety of meaningful recreation and leisure pursuits which promotes wellbeing, purpose, creativity, a sense of community, lifelong learning, and fun. The Recreation Worker facilitates planned and spontaneous opportunities to support the maintenance and development of resident skills and knowledge as well as the development of relationships and personal connections.

Salary Range: $24.26 - $25.88 per hour
Salary placement based on qualifications and experience.
