Position Conditions: This part-time position including evening and weekend hours will be offered in accordance with conditions identified in the Collective Agreement between the City of Brandon and CUPE Local 69. This opportunity is open to all applicants; however, first consideration will be given to current City of Brandon CUPE employees. The City of Brandon reserves the right to underfill this position.
Rate of Pay: $17.74 - $18.86 per hour (2026 Rate).
The successful applicant must maintain legal eligibility to work in Canada. If the successful applicant possesses a work permit, it is their responsibility to ensure the permit remains valid.

This competition will include testing and an interview.
Under the direction of the Recreation Programmer, the incumbents will be required to supervise and assist with the planning and delivery of afterschool youth programming. Activities include arts & crafts, games, and physical activity. Opportunities for additional hours supervising and facilitating other recreation programs and community events, with participants ranging from youths to seniors, will also be available.
