Job summary

Prairie Mountain Health is seeking a Community Mental Health Worker to provide a broad range of mental health services. The CMHW will act as primary counsellor and case manager for new and ongoing clients, working within an interdisciplinary team to promote recovery in living, learning, working and social contexts.

Qualifications
