We are seeking a motivated student with an interest in analytics and process improvement to join us for a summer 2025 work term.

Location: Wheatley, Ontario

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the manufacturing process of appetizers
• Collect and analyze input and output data of waste recovery
• Assist in providing recommendations on new and current waste recovery processes and purchase solutions
• Work with corporate engineers, maintenance, raw procurement, and other internal teams
• Perform other duties as required to support the business

Qualifications

• Pursuing post-secondary education: preference for those studying engineering who have completed at least two years or have previously completed a work term
• Demonstrated ability to collect and analyze data and provide business recommendations
• An interest in continuous improvement and ability to suggest process improvements
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Understanding of or ability to learn manufacturing systems such as Statistical Process Control (SPC) and PI Corsight
