Job summary

Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking a Warehouse Worker- Union to join our Operations team in a physically demanding role handling, moving, and storing client records and information. The position emphasizes secure handling and safety in daily tasks.

You will operate with a focus on security, accuracy, and efficiency, including lifting up to 50 pounds, repetitive motions, and teamwork to move goods within the facility.

Qualifications

• Experience with a physical role that involves repetitive motions and climbing/stooping/kneeling.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and stay active throughout shift.
• Strong attention to detail to follow procedures and protect confidential information.
• Effective reading, writing, and communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with basic computer operations, keyboard/mouse, and email.

Responsibilities

• Execute secure material handling, including loading, unloading, moving, weighing, and sorting items for efficient workflow.
• Move boxes and weigh up to 50 pounds on/off shelving and carts; may require ladders.
• Use wheeled carts and pallet jacks; wrap pallets for safe transport with team.
• Maintain compliance with physical security guidelines and a clean, safe work environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for the secure and physically demanding handling, movement, and storage of client records and information.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Execute secure material handling, including loading, unloading, moving, weighing, and sorting a variety of items, to ensure efficient workflow.
• Securely manage records by moving boxes, weighing up to 50 pounds, on and off shelving and carts, often requiring the safe use of a ladder.
• Use wheeled carts and pallet jacks, and collaborate with team members to wrap pallets for safe transport.
• Ensure compliance with physical security guidelines, maintaining the security of customer information and a clean, safe work environment.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience and comfort with a physical job that involves repetitive motions, frequent climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing, reaching, and pulling.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and sustain physical activity throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail to accurately follow procedures and maintain the security of confidential records.
• Effective reading, writing, and communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with basic computer operations including keyboard and mouse use, navigating operating systems, internet and email communication, and fundamental file management.

• Pay Rate : 28.25 $/ hour
