Northern Nissan, part of The Laking Group of Companies, is hiring a Receptionist/Sales Administrator in Sudbury. This full-time role involves greeting customers, data entry, and coordinating service appointments in a busy dealership environment.

You will handle telephone receptions, licensing and registration tasks, and provide administrative support across departments. On-site, Monday to Friday, 8 am–5 pm; wage $21/hour; benefits include RRSP with company matching and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry is an asset but not required.
• Organized and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and accurately enter and maintain customer information in the database
• Provide professional and courteous telephone reception and call handling
• Process vehicle licensing and registration requirements
• Perform accurate and timely data entry
• Maintain and keep the customer waiting area clean, organized, and well stocked
• Maintain the showroom ensuring a clean, welcoming environment
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments as required
• Assist with stocking vehicles
• Prepare and review sales files to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Provide administrative and operational support across all dealership departments as required
• Work collaboratively with dealership teams to support efficient day-to-day operations
