A leading organization in Calgary is seeking a Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant responsible for a variety of tasks to support their operations. This role requires strong customer service skills and attention to detail, providing a professional experience for visitors and helping to maintain a welcoming office environment. JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer, the Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant performs a variety of administrative and reception duties for the Inuvialuit Corporate Group (ICG), including but not limited to telephone and walk-in reception, mail distribution, filing, ensuring our Corporate Building is a welcoming space for the public and is maintained in a clean and safe manner.
