TEQUILA BEAUTY in Toronto, Canada is seeking a friendly, organized, and creative part-time Front Desk and Content Support to join our team. You will handle client greetings, scheduling, and warm communications while helping capture salon content and assist with influencer outreach.

• Experience in reception, customer service, social media, or coordination is a plus.
• Russian speakers are welcome; English is required.

Responsibilities

• Reception & client experience: Welcome and assist clients; answer calls, messages and DMs; book and confirm appointments; provide clear, friendly communication.
• Content & social media support: Film and photograph nail, lash, and brow services; capture before/afters and behind-the-scenes; communicate with influencers.
• Salon operations & coordination: Maintain supply levels; collect supply requests; keep front desk organized; assist with hiring coordination; support daily admin tasks; check sterilization standards.

This role combines front-desk client communication, content support, and daily salon coordination. Your role is to help keep the salon running smoothly, professionally, and aligned with our brand standards.

We are looking for someone who is warm, emotionally intelligent, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Your ResponsibilitiesReception & Client Experience

• Welcome and assist clients
• Answer phone calls, messages, and Instagram DMs
• Book and confirm appointments
• Provide clear, friendly, and professional communication

Content & Social Media Support

• Film and photograph nail, lash, and brow services
• Capture before & afters, behind-the-scenes, and salon atmosphere
• Communicate with influencers

Salon Operations & Coordination

• Maintain supply levels and track inventory needs
• Collect supply requests from technicians
• Keep front desk operations organized and efficient
• Assist with hiring process coordination (interviews, communication, scheduling)
• Support team with daily coordination and administrative tasks
• Check and maintain sterilization area standards
