Stoney Nakoda Nations is seeking a professional Receptionist to join our team in Alberta for a three-month temporary contract. The role involves greeting clients, handling calls, and providing general administrative support at the front desk.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Preference may be given to applicants with knowledge of Stoney language and culture.

Qualifications

About the Role

Stoney Nakoda Child & Family Services is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team in MÎnÎ ThnÎ, AB.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Greet clients and visitors in a respectful and professional manner.
  • Prepare correspondence, letters, reports, and other documents.
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and arrange courier services.
  • Provide administrative support as required.
  • Assist with photocopying, record keeping, and document management.
  • Maintain front desk security and visitor screening procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Conditions of Employment

Work Schedule
  • Monday to Friday
  • 7 hours per day/ 35 hours a week
