Position Overview

As the Receptionist, you'll be the front-line powerhouse of our operation, providing essential support to keep everything running at full throttle. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling calls, scheduling appointments, and managing inquiries while ensuring a smooth flow of communication throughout the day. Your role will be critical in maintaining an organized, efficient, and welcoming environment for both our customers and team. Job Duties

• Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
• Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate department, and take messages when necessary
• Schedule appointments and coordinate service requests for technicians
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and shipments
• Maintain a clean and organized front office area
• Update and maintain customer records and files
• Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
• Ensure all office equipment is in working order and handle minor repairs or maintenance
• Support the team with various tasks as needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

• Previous reception or administrative experience

• Proficient with office software and phone systems
