Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Grand Falls Windsor
Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation : $18.00 per hour

Advantage Personnel is currently seeking a highly organized and professional receptionist to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work with a reputable client, with the potential for a full-time position in the future.

As a receptionist , you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and customers. Your role will involve greeting guests, coordinating front-desk activities, managing correspondence, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

•Answering phone calls, taking messages, and maintaining accurate files.

•Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.

•Greeting clients, customers, and visitors in a professional manner.

•Monitoring and recording office expenditures.

•Creating spreadsheets and reporting expenses to office managers.

•Coordinating events, scheduling appointments, and preparing presentation materials.

•Organizing, storing, and managing office files.

•Typing, editing, and proofreading documents.

•Recording minutes during meetings.

Candidate Qualifications:

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

•Strong organizational and time-management skills.

•Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
