Growth Marketing Associate

Our Communication brands (Line2, eVoice and eReceptionist) arm small businesses and individuals with digital phone systems and second-line phone apps and are embarking on an ambitious growth plan. We are looking for exceptional new team members to help drive this growth.

Job Description


As the Associate Growth Marketer, you will actively work with the marketing team in the strategic planning, execution and the optimization of digital marketing campaigns to hit subscription goals. Responsibilities

  • Working with the Senior Manager of Marketing to help translate overall marketing strategy and insights to actionable marketing plans and strategic campaign recommendations
  • Assist in the planning and execution of growth marketing strategies across various channels, including but not limited to paid social, search engine marketing (SEM) and paid app promotion.
  • Oversee implementation of marketing campaigns, including segmentation, testing, and technical execution
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative assets and messaging that resonate with target audiences and drive desired actions
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization to improve key metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (CLTV)
  • Build relationships with core internal and external partners, staying up to date with platform changes and industry trends
  • Work cross-functionally with UX design, engineering, and product teams in a variety of web development, product, and design projects to meet ambitious growth targets
Requirements
  • 2-3 years’ experience in digital paid marketing; subscription marketing a plus
  • Someone who has a data mindset and is comfortable with challenging the norm and pushing the envelope
  • Team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Committed to the values of equity, inclusion and diversity
