What You Would Do in This Role

The Receptionist maintains the front desk as the primary point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and efficient handling of inquiries. Supports administrative tasks and collaborates with the Facilities and Human Resources teams to uphold security protocols and provide excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk and Reception Management:Greets visitors warmly, directs them appropriately, and maintains a tidy and inviting reception area.
  • Communication and Collaboration:Manages incoming calls and emails, ensuring clear and professional communication with internal and external parties.
  • Administrative Support:Assists with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and booking meeting rooms as needed.
  • Facilities Operations and Maintenance:Coordinates with the Facilities team to report maintenance issues and supports the upkeep of common areas.
  • Supply Management:Monitors front desk supplies and requests replenishments to ensure continuous availability.
  • Event Coordination:Provides logistical support for company meetings and small events, assisting with setup and coordination.
  • Safety Compliance:Follows security and safety procedures, including visitor sign-in protocols and emergency guidelines
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Customer Service:Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Organization:Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Technical Proficiency:Familiarity with standard office equipment and basic software applications.
  • Reliability:Consistent punctuality and attendance, demonstrating dependability
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education:High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience:Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles.
  • Technical Skills:Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and experience with scheduling or visitor management software.
  • Additional Skills:Basic understanding of office procedures and administrative best practices
