Job description

Pay Range: $18.00 - $23.50

Summary:

Reporting to the Back Room Department Manager, a Receiving Outfitter is responsible for backend operations including receiving, warehouse, inventory control, replenishment, stocking, and maintenance/housekeeping departments.

Responsibilities:

1. Systematically receive P.O.’s that come into the building.
2. Perform physical counts of all packages arriving and verify with packing slips.
3. Conduct stocking activities from back room to sales floor.
4. Perform tasks such as folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, and re-hanging of newly arriving products.
5. Replenish all departments, including facing and hanging merchandise.
6. Conduct floor checks, including cleaning, updating pricing and signage, inventory verification, and ensuring shelves are full with security tags in place.
7. Assist with merchandise purges when necessary.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail to ensure work accuracy.
• Customer service-oriented team player.
• Effective communication skills with customers and contacts in a courteous, positive, and professional manner.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle boxes of merchandise.
• Steel-toe work boots are required.
• Must be able to obtain a PAL license.
