The YMCA of Niagara is seeking a Supervisor for the Child Care Centre in Niagara Falls, Ontario. The role oversees infant to after-school programming, administration and staff, ensuring safety, licensing compliance and quality YMCA standards.
Applicants must be a registered ECE in good standing, have 2+ years of licensed experience, and possess CPR-C/First Aid. A PVSC is required; YMCA training and immunization requirements are noted.
Annual salary: $62,046.4 - $65,083.2
Inclusive of all government funding
Employer paid LTD, Group Life, AD&D, Health and Dental after 3 month probation
YMCA Membership and free ECCDC membership
Eligible to enroll in the YMCA of Niagara pension plan after 1 year of service
Full time - 40 hours per week - Monday – Friday
Occasional early mornings, evening & weekend hours.

The role of the Supervisor is to oversee all aspects of the Child Care Centre. This includes programming, administrative functions and the staff team. The Child Care Centre comprises of infant, toddler, preschool and before & after school age care.
