YWCA Kitchener-Waterloo is seeking a dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educator to support young children’s development in a collaborative team. You will guide learning opportunities based on children’s interests, foster cooperative social behaviours, and build strong relationships with families and colleagues.

This full-time, unionized role offers a competitive pay rate, comprehensive benefits, and requires First Aid/CPR and Vulnerable Sector checks.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in Early Childhood Education and development.
• Previous experience working with children.
• Knowledge of and familiarity with the Child Care and Early Years Act and use of environmental assessment tools.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with staff, parents, children, and the public.

Pay Rate: $30.36 per hour (based on current funding)
