Job summary

Klean-Rite DKI is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead restoration and rebuild projects in Grande Prairie. You’ll coordinate crews, manage budgets, and ensure successful outcomes from initial contact to final walk-through.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in project management in restoration or construction, strong knowledge of codes and methods, and a track record of leading teams effectively. A valid driver’s license and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in project management (restoration, construction, or similar).
• Strong grasp of building codes, construction methods, and restoration practices.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Journeyman carpentry ticket is a significant asset.
• Solid communication, client service, and problem-solving skills.

What You Bring

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, estimating software, and online platforms
• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT) are a bonus — training available

• Valid driver’s licence with a clean record
