Job summary

SirLuckHomes is a virtual, RECO-registered brokerage serving Ontario and the GTA. We offer a choice of 90/10 or 70/30 splits, zero transaction fees for the full term, and reimbursement of the RECO transfer fee.

Most payouts occur within 48 hours, with listing release assistance and access to our Built Different book and courses from day one. We mentor agents from day one, with the Broker of Record providing guidance on the 70/30 plan.

• RECO-registered salesperson in good standing.
• Self-motivated, client-focused and comfortable working virtually.
• New and experienced agents welcome. The 90/10 plan is for agents with $100K+ gross commission income last year or so far this year.
