Job Summary – Real Estate Specialist (Buyer’s Agent) – The Bagga Team

Are you a licensed REALTOR looking to take your career to the next level with a top-performing real estate team in Edmonton?

The Bagga Team at Royal LePage Magna is seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Real Estate Specialist – Buyer’s Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work directly with qualified leads, provide exceptional home buying experiences, and be backed by one of the most respected brands and systems in the industry.

We provide the leads, training, systems, and support — you bring the energy, integrity, and drive to succeed!

Responsibilities

  • Work with warm buyer leads provided by our in-house marketing and lead generation systems
  • Conduct buyer consultations to understand client needs and timelines
  • Show properties, write offers, and skillfully negotiate deals
  • Maintain ongoing client communication and build relationships for long-term referrals
  • Use our CRM to track interactions, follow-up plans, and transaction status
  • Participate in open houses, team events, and ongoing training sessions
Qualifications
  • Must be a licensed Real Estate Associate in the province of Alberta
  • Proven ability to communicate confidently and professionally with clients, colleagues, and industry partners
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up and time management skills
  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Follow Up Boss) and digital tools for lead tracking, marketing, and transaction management
  • Strong understanding of the Edmonton real estate market, including buyer trends, pricing strategies, and property evaluations
  • Naturally social, outgoing, and client-centric, with a genuine passion for real estate and people
  • Active on social media platforms and comfortable building your personal brand online
  • Willing and available to work evenings and weekends to meet client needs and attend showings/open houses
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented, with a desire to grow into a Top Producer within a team-focused environment
Compensation

$75,000 - $150,000
