Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

We’re growing fast and looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to scale our ad performance across major platforms. If you live and breathe CAC, ROAS, and funnel metrics—and want to market a product that actually stands out—you’ll feel right at home.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Own performance KPIs like CPA, ROAS, CAC, and LTV
  • Collaborate with the creative team on hooks, copy, ad variations, and new formats
  • Segment and retarget users across funnel stages with the right messaging
  • Run ongoing A/B tests for creative, landing pages, audiences, and offers
  • Analyze campaign performance in tools like GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, and Triple Whale
  • Build and share weekly dashboards with clear insights + next-step experiments
  • Stay on top of platform changes, emerging ad trends, and what’s working in crypto/e-comm

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience managing paid ad campaigns for e-commerce brands
  • Proven success scaling campaigns above $10k/month with strong ROAS
  • Experience working with Shopify and understanding DTC-style funnels
  • Strong understanding of data, attribution, creative testing, and customer journey mapping
  • Hands-on experience with UGC ads, influencer content, or educational product videos
  • Bonus if you’ve marketed hardware, Web3, or technical products

Nice-to-Have

  • Familiarity with platforms like Triple Whale, Motion, Northbeam, Postscript
  • Experience marketing a product with both hardware and software components
  • You’re confident writing creative briefs or providing feedback on copy/design
  • Knowledge of crypto mining, rewards platforms, or DePin ecosystems is a plus
