You’ll help buyers to find properties, qualify leads, cultivate relationships with potential clients, and assess their wants and needs to help them find that perfect property. Responsibilities

• Tracking and reporting daily and weekly numbers and activities
• Work in a show home for one of our builders
• Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads
• Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
• Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
• Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
• Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Driver's License and your own vehicle
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• A proven record of sales experience and success
• Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
• Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
• Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
• 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation

$90,000 - $200,000+
