DoorDash is seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Portfolio Administrator to manage the company's expanding real estate portfolio. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate lease records, ensuring compliance with reporting standards, and working closely with various teams to drive strategic real estate decisions. The Portfolio Administration team is a crucial function within the DoorDash Finance team that sits on the Workplace, Facilities and Real Estate organization. This team manages the overall operations of our facilities and the Portfolio Administration team is critical in ensuring all lease data is accurately abstracted, reported, and communicated.
DoorDash is looking for a Real Estate Portfolio Administrator to report to the Associate Manager, Portfolio Administration. In this role, you will manage all lease obligations and support the scaling of our diverse real estate portfolio, as we expand and evolve to support our business.
You will need to be a master at handling multiple tasks and projects with a “no-job-is-too-small” attitude, an ability to take thoughtful initiative, and the desire to go above and beyond.
You will ensure compliance in lease reporting, auditing and approving lease abstractions, assist with portfolio planning, and other ongoing portfolio management activities to maintain accurate records utilizing systems and software in place. You will ensure data is reported accurately with the ability to generate, analyze, and distribute ad-hoc reports.
This role will require exceptional communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, resourcefulness, and the ability to work well with a diverse range of cross functional partners.
