Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle residential conveyancing, managing files from opening to closing
• Draft legal documents and correspondence
• Prepare and register land title documents
• Manage mortgage transactions, including drafting all related documentation
• Prepare comprehensive reporting letters
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Completion of a Legal Assistant Diploma from a recognized institution
• 3–5 years of residential real estate experience
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
