Royal LePage Terra Realty is seeking a Telemarketing & Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing real estate team in Vaughan, Ontario. You will generate and nurture qualified leads for pre-construction homes, new builder projects, residential buyers, and investment opportunities, and convert them into confirmed appointments with our REALTORS.

The role involves daily outbound calls, research on GTA builder projects, maintaining CRM records, and coordinating with REALTORS to set up meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience in telemarketing or lead generation roles.
• Strong English communication and customer-service skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to prospective buyers and investors.
• Contact leads from the CRM and generate interest in pre-construction projects.
• Identify serious buyers based on budget, location and timeline.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed appointments with REALTORS.
• Research GTA builder projects and collect pricing, floor plans and dates.
• Maintain CRM records and update statuses and notes.
• Schedule consultations and send reminders.
