Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced real estate lawyer based in Ontario to handle residential and commercial real estate transactions from start to finish.

You will draft and review closing documents, advise on wills and estate planning, and manage files with minimal supervision while maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of practice in residential and commercial real estate, wills and estates experience, and a Law Society of Ontario

Qualifications

• Licensed Ontario lawyer with strong experience in real estate law.
• Proven ability to draft and review complex real estate closings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of practicing experience.
• Strong experience in both residential and commercial real estate.
• Wills and estates experience is required.
• Corporate experience is preferred and considered a strong asset.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
• Strong legal drafting, communication and client management skills.
• Ability to independently manage files, deadlines and client matters.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
