This boutique law firm specializing in Commercial Real Estate located near SquareOne Mall is looking to hire a junior Law Clerk to join their team. The firm has been practicing for over 30 years and operates in a hybrid capacity.

Described often as collegial, fast-paced, and a destination for commercial real estate projects and developers, this law firm offers the challenging commercial transactions that will enhance your skills while providing remote working flexibility.

Your new job:

As a Commercial Law Clerk, you would work in a 1:1 share, supporting a 5th-year Associate on condo purchases, easements, rights of way, and other clerking duties as required.

The Partners are pleased to offer a hybrid remote work environment, with 3 days on-site per week and on-site parking.

What you need to succeed:

• Minimum 3 years of Real Estate experience
• Experience handling transactions from start to finish
• Securing documents and loans
• A team-oriented approach to work
