Qualifications

• CPA designation required for the role.
• Experience with real estate development and income-producing properties is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance in a real estate context.

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with VP Finance and senior leadership on strategic financial decisions.
