We’re seeking a detail-obsessed, emotionally intelligent Executive Assistant to support a top-producing Realtor and respected real estate coach in Guelph. You'll play a vital role in managing the operations behind a highly relational, referral-based business while also supporting key aspects of the Team Leader’s coaching work. This is more than a job. Responsibilities
  • Manage real estate listings and transaction processes from prep to close
  • Maintain the Team Leader’s calendar, inbox, and coaching schedule
  • Coordinate pop-bys, closings, and 2 to 3 annual client appreciation events
  • Update and organize database and CRM workflows
  • Prepare meeting notes, task lists, and recap communications
  • Deliver white-glove service through every client and coachee touchpoint
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of real estate admin or executive assistant experience
  • Tech-savvy and organized; fluent in Google Workspace and CRMs
  • Excellent communication and follow-through (verbal and written)
  • Calm, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven under pressure
  • Able to prioritize tasks and is responsive to dynamic changes in deadlines and tasks
  • Demonstrates high integrity, confidentiality, and professional discretion in all interactions
  • Based in or near Guelph for in-person event and delivery needs
  • Bonus: Licensed Realtor or familiarity with KW systems (not required)
Compensation

$55,000 - $65,000 yearly
