Job summary

Bevertec is seeking a Project Manager for real estate delivery including office modernization and renovation in Toronto. The role is hybrid (3 days onsite) with a 12-month contract, handling multiple projects with budgets from $1M to $5M, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project management within real estate, construction, or facilities, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency with Office 365 tools.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of project management experience in financial services, real estate, construction, facilities or related industries.
• Strong coordination and delivery skills across multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks and issues.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience supporting project governance, reporting, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and stakeholders through the real estate delivery lifecycle.
• Define priorities, scope, and deliverables aligned with business goals with sponsors and vendors.
• Monitor construction progress and resolve design or construction issues promptly.
• Maintain transparent delivery progress and stakeholder awareness through effective PM tracking and reporting.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong relationships across the project.
