Job summary

Our client, a full-service Bay Street law firm, seeks a commercial real estate lawyer with 3+ years of experience to join its Toronto team. You will collaborate with partners and clients on acquisitions, dispositions, financing and leasing matters.

You will draft purchase agreements, credit agreements, commercial leases and closing documents, and you will be asked to bring strong analytical, negotiation and drafting skills, plus excellent interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of legal experience in commercial real estate.
• Lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication and drafting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; professional, dependable with initiative and team orientation.

Responsibilities
