Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for a part-time role up to 25 hours per week. The nursery focuses on EYFS, creating engaging experiences for babies to preschoolers.

You will provide high-quality care, support individual development, observe progress, build relationships with families, and work with colleagues to maintain safeguarding and standards. You’ll have opportunities for ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a nursery or early years setting.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Confidence supporting children's individual learning and development.
• A caring, enthusiastic and reliable approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Looking for a part-time early years role that still gives you the opportunity to be fully involved in children's learning and development?

Our client is looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join its team for up to 25 hours per week. It's a great opportunity for someone who wants a better balance while continuing to do what they love - creating positive, engaging experiences for young children.

The nursery has thoughtfully designed each room around the needs of its different age groups. Engaging resources and activities encourage children to experiment, get creative and learn through play, while practitioners are given the opportunity to follow children's interests and support their individual development.
