Randstad Canada is partnering with a manufacturing and distribution facility in Paris, ON to hire a full-time Material Handler / Reach Truck Operator. This role blends forklift operation with warehouse support, staging materials for operators, order picking, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. The position runs 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of proven reach forklift operating experience.
• Valid in-house or external forklift certification is considered an asset.
• Willingness and flexibility to perform daily cleaning and general labour tasks (50% forklift, 50% sanitation).
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work independently in a busy warehouse.
• CSA-approved steel-toe safety footwear and a safety-first mindset.

Responsabilités

• Operate a Raymond reach forklift safely to pull raw materials from racking and transport skids.
• Load production stations and supply machine operators with required materials.
• Perform accurate order picking and staging for seamless order fulfillment.
• Complete general labour duties including sweeping and sanitizing work areas.
• Maintain workplace safety and navigate tight aisles with care.

Are you an experienced reach truck operator seeking stable day hours and consistent, long-term employment? Our manufacturing and distribution partner in Paris, ON is hiring a full-time Material Handler to join their dynamic warehouse team. In this balanced 50/50 forklift and warehouse support role, you will stage materials for machine operators, handle order picking, and maintain a spotless workspace.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Raymond reach forklift safely to pull raw materials from racking and transport skids throughout a busy facility.
• Load production stations and supply machine operators promptly with all required materials for daily production runs.
• Perform accurate order picking and staging to ensure seamless order fulfillment across the warehouse floor.
• Complete dedicated general labour duties, including routine sweeping, tidying, and sanitizing work areas between material movements.
• Maintain strict workplace safety standards, reporting hazards and navigating tight, crowded aisles with care and caution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of proven reach forklift operating experience, preferably on Raymond reach trucks.
• Valid in-house or external forklift certification is considered an asset.
• Proven willingness and flexibility to perform daily cleaning and general labour tasks (50% forklift, 50% sanitation).

• Certified CSA-approved steel-toe safety footwear and a safety-first mindset.
