Job summary

Randstad Canada is seeking a Forklift Crown Reach Driver for a distribution center in Ancaster, ON. The role runs 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential weekend work, at a pay rate of CAD 23.50 per hour. Immediate start is possible after a safety and forklift assessment.

The position involves loading, unloading, and pallet handling in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates should have hands-on Crown Reach experience (expired licenses accepted), be able to lift up to 50

• Experience operating a Crown Reach forklift (expired licenses accepted).
• Able to work occasional weekend shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Crown Reach forklift for 70% of the shift to move, stack, and stage palletized inventory in a high-volume warehouse.
• Perform manual material handling for 30% of the shift, including hand-picking tires and heavy products.
• Support dock station operations by sorting and staging incoming and outgoing freight.
• Conduct daily pre-operational safety inspections on Crown Reach equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free work area per site health and safety standards.
