Zusammenfassung

PeoplePilot seeks an experienced RCCA Lead to support aerospace manufacturing operations in Montreal. You will identify, analyze, and resolve issues affecting delivery, processes, and quality systems, leading structured investigations and cross-functional sessions.

The role requires hands-on RCA methodologies (5-Why, Fishbone, Pareto), SAP MRP insights, and strong collaboration with manufacturing, quality, engineering and supply chain teams to drive measurable improvements.

Qualifikationen

Minimum 6 years in aerospace manufacturing operations or quality engineering.
Experience coordinating cross-functional activities involving manufacturing, quality, engineering and supply chain.
Hands-on RCA methodologies: Fishbone, 5-Why, Pareto analysis, hypothesis testing.
Knowledge interpreting SAP MRP outputs (ZC13, ZP24).
Fluency in French and English.
Legally eligible to work in Canada; on-site in Montreal, Quebec.

Aufgaben

Lead structured root cause investigations and cross-functional sessions.
Investigate process failures, quality system issues, and recurring non-conformances.
Apply RCA methodologies and validate corrective actions.
Maintain a priority framework aligned with S&OP cycles.
Track effectiveness of corrective actions and drive improvements.
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, engineering and supply chain teams.
