Job summary

Headstart Health, Inc. is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to work directly with BCBA-owned practices that emphasize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and clinician support. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered to kick things off.

You will work 1:1 with children under individualized plans, track progress, and meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching. Opportunities for growth and paid trainings exist, with paths to BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Reliable transportation to get to client homes.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally able to work.
• Pass a background check is required.
• Availability: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10:00–2:00.
• Comfortable moving, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

We're hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians.

This means that you won't be reporting into a large corporate structure - you’ll be working directly with BCBAs who own their practices and have been in your shoes.

To kick things off, we're also offering a$500 sign-on bonus!
