Unifi Aviation Canada, Inc. is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee daily airport operations ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. The role coordinates team activities, supports recruitment and scheduling, and drives performance across the station.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, mentoring employees, and upholding safety and regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials as per local authorities.
• Supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates team activities related to the operation.
• Coaches, counsels and mentors employees, including issuing disciplinary actions.
• Assists in recruiting, payroll, scheduling, and general administrative duties.
• Monitors staffing and overtime use and operational/financial performance.
• Promotes team-building initiatives to develop and motivate team members.
• Ensures safe working conditions in line with regulatory requirements and company policies.
